Simple as this: you lose weight if you burn more calories than you consume. It doesn’t really matter what you eat or what you do.
Although that is nothing I recommend (to do anything to lose weight). The only thing I wish for is for people to be happy with themselves and if you are to lose weight, exercise and eat healthy so you feel good inside out! AND DO IT FOR YOU and no one else. You should never change yourself to fit anyone else “standards” :)

supremely confident, creme d nude and restrict. All from mac. Restrict is from the Gareth Pugh collection and is not available in any mac stores that I know of ^-^

hmm labrets? really? doesnt that just mean lip piercing or am I horribly wrong :o don’t you mean barbells or something?

A barbell has got two balls a labret has got one flat side and one ball :) so no I mean that I have labrets in my cheeks :)

For my cheeks? They are called labrets. Not really made for one specific piercing :) I get my jewelry from a piercing studio called Barbarella :)

Assooo jag duschar oftare men tvättar inte håret oftare :) Har inte haft nå provlem med att det blivit smuttsit å sååå :D
