Oh I’m really not the person to ask for tips like that. I haven no idea. I jsut do super easy stuff like sit ups etc ^-^ Twice a day is more than I ever have exercised! When I was at my peak I exercised five days a week ;P

  1. soundlesswaves said: You shouldn’t work out too much, you need rest (days) too for your muscles to recover! Exercising once a day for about 30 minutes up to an hour is definitely enough, especially when you’re just starting
